1st :
Firstly ,create a layer and lock the original layer .After that , use rounded rectangle tool as shown as above about the left corner to start to make the shape.

After finish the outer layer rounded rectangle , double click and set the corner radius to 2mm and the stroke weight set to 2pt .
3rd:
when putting the shape for the internal layer , set the corner radius to 1mm and stroke weight set to 0.5pt .
4th:
After finish all the layer part , use Direct Selection tool as shown as above to adjust the line to fit the shape .
5th:
After adjusting the line and shape , got to the menu bar and select window ,than go search for pathfinder .After clicking pathfinder , you can see there is a unite button as shown as above .Click it to unite the line together.
6th:
After finish all the line part , press ( I ) to select Eyedropper tool .and paint the fork and the knife black.
7th:
Use selection tool and click the blank space beside the fork and go select the color as shown as above and click the white color .
